What do the universities already provide?
In most cases they will supply you with furniture only but some universities do offer starter packs similar to ours. Our advice is, if you are unsure, you should ask your university's Accommodation Services to see what they already provide their students. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow three working days for delivery. We aim to deliver your packs on the delivery date you stated when placing your order. For our individual orders we use a reliable overnight courier company which means that once your order is despatched it will arrive with you the following working day before 4pm. If you require your pack on a Saturday there will be an added charge which we will notify you of. To avoid this charge, if you are require your pack to be with you by the Saturday, we will aim to despatch the order on the Thursday for delivery on the Friday. What address should I have my order delivered to?
You can have it delivered to either your home address or if you know your university address then we can have it delivered straight there and we will try to arrange delivery details directly with your university accommodation services. Our courier companies can deliver to any address within the UK, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands however there is also an added charge for delivery to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
What if I am not there to receive the delivery?
In most cases we will try to have the pack delivered to you on the delivery date required. Our couriers do however require a signature unless special arrangements have been confirmed with us. If you are having your pack delivered to University when you are not there then we aim to confirm the delivery will be received by a member of staff. What if I need to amend my order?
If you need to amend your order, please do so as soon as possible by contacting our team on 0141 848 9391.
What if there are problems with placing an order?
If you are having trouble placing an order online then you can also place an order over the phone by calling our sales team on 08700 429 479.
Can I reserve a pack and pay for it later?
In previous years we have had to make special arrangements for some our customers. Some have not had an active UK bank account, some had not received their student loan. If you have any requirements we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. Please get in touch via the Contact Us page and we will try our best to sort something out for you.
Do I get a discount for bulk buying?
If you are an individual looking to buy multiple packs, unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer discounts. It is something we are looking at so check back soon for updates. If you are an organisation looking to buy multiples then we have a dedicated team working closely with universities and other non-student related organisations. What happens with my personal and payment details?
The security of your personal details is paramount. We make every effort to protect your details and we do not share your details with any third party organisation. Please take a look at our Privacy Policy for more details.
What if there are things missing or broken?
We use reliable courier companies to deliver your packs. We try our best to ensure that there are no breakages in your packs but if you receive any goods that are damaged then we ask you to inform us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement. Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order then you can do so up to 48 hours before the delivery date stated on your order. Cancellations received before this time will be given a full refund. Cancellations after this deadline will be processed by us, however a full refund can not be guaranteed. If you receive your pack but wish to return it then you will be required to pay for our delivery charges and also the return delivery charges. Goods can only be returned in an unopened, ‘good as new’ condition. Any goods returned in an unacceptable condition will not be given a refund.
