Privacy Policy
All information given to The Uni-box will remain confidential except delivery addresses for third party delivery companies.
Returns
We will give refunds if The Uni-box is notified within 7 days of receiving your order. The items must be returned to The Uni-box within 21 days and must be undamaged and all items in prisitine condition, all packaging unopened other than the box itself. The boxes are returned at customers expense. We will then refund all monies. If anything is broken or missing, no refund will be given.
You must inform The Uni-box within 7 days of delivery if an item is broken or missing. If an item is missing, The Uni-box will arrange for a replacement to be sent out within 5 working days. If the item is broken, a replacement will be sent out once the damaged item has been received by The Uni-box and will be posted out to you within 5 working days. All items will be posted out free of charge. All damaged items must be returned to The Uni-box within 21 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. When returning an item to us, The Uni-box will not be held responsible for postage or items lost in transit. We recommend you post it to us ‘recorded delivery’.
Complaints
The Uni-box will respond to any complaints within 2 working days. You can contact us by email, letter or telephone. Please state your order number when contacting us.
The Uni-box is an independent organisation and all queries or complaints must be addressed to The Uni-box and not to your university.
Delivery Times
We will dispatch your order within 14 days. If you require us to deliver to you at your halls of residence – we must know the date of your arrival at the university and will do out utmost to deliver to you on that day. Most of our packs are delivered by courier or ourselves. If we cannot deliver direct to you, we will endeavour to deliver it to the reception area. It would be very useful for us to have a contact telephone number (ie mobile) for delivery.
Postal Charges
Delivery charge will be added to order.
